After receiving his BA in Finance from the University of Colorado in 1991, Mark worked for National Bank of Detroit for three years in the Asset Based Lending Group. He then moved out to California to work as a lender at Silicon Valley Bank focusing on equipment and working capital lines of credit to start-up software companies. Mark returned to Piper Realty in 1996. He is currently focused on Property Management and Commercial Sales. In addition to working at Piper Realty, Mark’s other real estate endeavors include past President of the Flint Area Association of Realtors, CCIM member, past board member DACBOR/CBOR, and Board Member MiCAR. Marks other interests include jogging, golf, tennis, and spending time with his family.

Cori earned her degree in Business Administration from Cleary University in 2020 and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. With a career in property management spanning more than two decades, Rachel Foster began in student housing leasing in 2001 and quickly grew within the industry. Her experience took her across Pennsylvania and Alabama, where she transitioned into management roles within the student housing market. In 2011, she returned to Michigan to open a new student housing community near Michigan State University. By 2012, she expanded into multifamily housing, taking on a regional role and spending the next 12 years managing high-end properties in highly competitive markets throughout lower Michigan. In 2024, Rachel Foster joined Piper Realty, where she broadened her expertise to include affordable housing and senior living—an area she is passionate about and continues to enjoy growing in. She is currently based in the Lansing area. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Leadership from Cornerstone University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling with her kids, attending concerts, cheering on football, and loving on her dogs.

She can take charge and identify key objectives when needed and has an excellent record of completing projects in a timely manner. When not at Piper, JoAnne enjoys traveling with her family.
